This house is perfect for two couples looking for a wine country retreat. The master bedroom features a California King bed and white-louvered doors which open out onto the clematis, star jasmine, and raised beds of the backyard garden. You will love the upstairs bedroom with its queen-sized bed and view of the flowers and foliage of the neighboring gardens. Its adjacent bath features classic Carrera marble flooring, pedestal sink, and a 25” deep tub/shower combination for a relaxing soak. If you enjoy cooking, you will love the kitchen. Spacious and open to the living area, it boasts Murano glass pendant lights, Kohler and Rohl fixtures, granite countertops, and a travertine backsplash. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking range, KitchenAid refrigerator, wine cooler, drawer microwave, and Bosch dishwasher. Gourmet at it's best! This house was built with our planet in mind. Our Green features
include on-demand hot water system, all Energy Star appliances,
energy-efficient windows, ceiling fans, clean gas burning fireplaces,
and low-flow toilets. The floors are custom Beech recycled from
a former tobacco barn and 150-year-old Midwest barn beams have been
